Country Club Of Barre, is a Semi-Private, 18 hole golf course located in Plainfield, Vermont.

Originally a 9 hole course that opened in 1924, Barre expanded to the current 18 hole configuration in 1968. The expansion was designed by  Michael Hurdzan.

The course has many scenic views. The fairways are narrow and tree-lined.  This is a good course for intermediate and advanced golfers.  There are three ponds that come into play on some holes, and the greens are somewhat sloped.  The signature hole is #14, a 443-yard, par 4, which plays long and straight-away.
